I simply need you to respond that you have read the rental agreement, understand and accept the conditions and let me know how payment will be made.
Resort & week to rent: MAKE CERTAIN RESORT, RESORT ADDRESS, DATES, UNIT SIZE how many sleeps & COST HERE...
Please understand it is customary that many of the the resort's front desk will not show the reservation in the system until a week before check-in. You are welcome to call the resort and confirm this. Please contact me directly if it is not showing by a week before (rare to never) and I will follow up with owner services to get it over. The reservation is generally always in the front desk's system by a week before.
Also, please understand that all resorts reserve the right to switch a room to an equivalent room if needed (though I have always received the room assigned, when a room is assigned).
Rental guest needs to be at least 21 years old or older to check-in.
Please understand this purchase is non-refundable unless we can put another renter in because I have paid for the week, I cannot get the money back & I take all ads down after payment. Thank-you for your understanding.
First come / First serve. Thank-you for your understanding.
If you agree, I need name, address, email & phone # for guest certificate. I will get the guest certificate to you as soon as I get it from owner services.
Please follow each resort's check-out procedures. All resorts require at the minimum the dishes in the dishwasher and the dishwasher started. Some require the garbage taken out. Most resorts check-out is by 10am.
